MUSHROOM & MORE Keme (Truffle) Mushroom 10 kg x 1 unit
Resembling a Jerusalem artichoke in appearance, keme (truffle) grows in regions including Gaziantep, Birecik, Malatya, Kırşehir, and Konya in the Southeastern Anatolia region of Turkey, as well as in the Middle East and Arab countries. Since it is not an industrial crop, its availability is low during dry years, as it requires abundant rainfall to flourish. Collected by villagers, the product is meticulously prepared by kebab masters, who mix it with meat and skewer it for grilling. Keme kebab is typically served with roasted peppers and dried onions. It is suitable for storage at -18°C.Origin: China
