Instructions for Use:

In the Pan: Place in the pan while still frozen and sauté with a little oil for 8-10 minutes.

In the Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C, spread on a tray while still frozen, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Steaming: Steam the frozen side dish for 8-10 minutes.

Microwave: Place in a microwave-safe dish while still frozen, cover, and cook on high power for 5-7 minutes.
