Instructions for Use:

In a pan: Place frozen into the pan and sauté in a little oil for 8-10 minutes.

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C, spread frozen onto a tray, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Steamed: Steam the frozen garnish for 8-10 minutes.

Microwave: Place frozen into a microwave-safe dish, cover, and cook on high power for 5-7 minutes.
