FRICO Edam 150 g x 10 units
Edam, originating from the town of Edam in the Netherlands, is produced primarily from cow’s milk and occasionally from goat’s milk. It has a mild, slightly salty taste and is nearly odorless compared to other cheeses. As it ages, Edam cheese hardens and its aroma becomes sharper. As is the case with almost all Dutch cheeses, the exterior is coated in paraffin and/or wax. With a fat content of 28%, it is lower in fat than other traditional cheeses, which makes it less suitable for melting. It is one of the most popular and widespread cheeses in the world.
