ANATOLIA TASTE Olive Salad with Thyme 1.4 Kg

Produced by the locals of Hatay who practice traditional olive farming, this Halhali olive salad is made from one of the most flavorful varieties of crushed green olives. After the richest, highest-oil olives are harvested, they are pitted and crushed. It is served with chili flakes, pomegranate molasses, dried wild thyme (zahter), and olive oil.
