ANATOLIA TASTE Walnut Jam 825 Gr
A regional product unique to Antakya, walnut jam is made from green walnuts harvested in June. The skins of the gathered walnuts are peeled, and they are sweetened by changing their water at least twice a day—morning and evening—for at least 20 days. After the 20th day, the jam is produced by soaking the walnuts in clarified limewater.
