Pomegranate sour taste ANATOLIA 700 GR

In the production of this pomegranate sour made from Hicaz pomegranates, 800 to 900 grams of product are obtained from every 10 kg of fruit. To prevent any bitterness, the white inner parts are cleaned from the extracted pomegranate seeds. It is boiled in black cauldrons using the tossing method for approximately 8 to 10 hours. The tossing method involves simultaneously cooling the boiling pomegranate sour while continuing the process to prevent the product from burning. It is a completely natural pomegranate sour.
