Cooking Instructions

Pan-fry: Place the frozen beans in a pan and sauté in a little oil for 8–10 minutes.

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C, spread the frozen product on a baking sheet, and bake for 20–25 minutes.

Steamed: Steam the frozen side dish for 8–10 minutes.

Microwave: Place the frozen product in a microwave-safe container, cover it, and cook on high for 5–7 minutes.
